Terms of Service
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be the age of majority in your state/province to use the Sites or make purchases.
- CBD store (if/when active): You must be 18+ to view or purchase hemp/CBD products; age verification may be required.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2) Orders, Pricing & Availability
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Quantities and measurements may be approximate. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, reseller activity, regulatory restrictions). If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using your checkout contact details.
3) Payment Processing & Third Parties
Product payments (Wildcrafted/CBD) are typically processed by Square or similar processors. Donations (BoltzStrong) are typically processed by Zeffy. Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy; by transacting you agree to those terms. Taxes, shipping, and fees are shown or linked in the relevant flow.
4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If an address is inaccurate, you must retrieve the package or return unopened product(s) in perfect condition per Section 8.
5) Cancellations
Cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders begin processing promptly. If you request cancellation, we will attempt—but cannot promise—to intercept prior to fulfillment or shipment. If we cannot cancel in time, see Section 8 for returns.
6) Donations (BoltzStrong)
- Donations made via Zeffy (or similar platforms) are generally non-refundable.
- Tax receipts are issued per applicable law and the contact information you provide.
- Platform processing fees may apply according to the donation platform’s policies.
7) Product Use, Wellness & Safety
Information on the Sites is educational only and not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, especially if pregnant, nursing, under 18, chronically ill, elderly, or taking medications.
CBD (if/when active)
- FDA Disclaimer: Statements regarding hemp/CBD products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- COAs: Products may reference third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Availability and scope (e.g., potency vs. full panel) may vary.
- Age: You must be 18+ to purchase; age verification may be required.
8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for time windows, condition requirements, and any category-specific rules (Wildcrafted vs. CBD). If an order shipped to an incorrect address you provided, a refund requires returning the unopened product(s) in perfect condition at your expense. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law or our policy.
9) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful activity or rights infringement.
- No defamatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful content.
- No malware, disruption, scraping, or security circumvention.
10) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, photos, feedback), you grant B2N a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media for our business purposes. We may moderate, edit, remove, or decline to publish content at our discretion.
11) Intellectual Property
Site content is owned or licensed by B2N and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as permitted by law.
12) Accuracy & Availability of Information
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, inventory, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.
13) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as-is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.
14) Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITES AND SERVICES (INCLUDING PRODUCTS AND DONATION PLATFORMS) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B2N AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions/limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B2N and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Sites/Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.
17) Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or payment disputes. Submitting false claims, initiating illegitimate chargebacks, or attempting to coerce outcomes through threats of negative reviews violates these Terms. We may restrict future orders, share fraud-related data with payment processors/platforms, and pursue permitted remedies.
18) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity. Obligations intended to survive termination (e.g., payment, IP, indemnities, limitations) shall survive.
19) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
20) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
21) Policies Incorporated by Reference
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If there is a conflict, these Terms control unless a policy expressly states otherwise.
22) Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and B2N regarding the Sites/Services.
