Refund, Shipping & CCPA Opt-Out

1) Refund & Returns Policy

We have a limited 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags/labels/identifiers, and in the original packaging.
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Some categories are not returnable (see “Non-Returnable Items”).

How to Start a Return

  • Email info@boltz2nutz.com to request a return authorization.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Do not send items back without a return authorization; such returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return whether the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

2) Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boltz to Nutz LLC (aka Boltz to Nutz Farm).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • No processing or shipping from Friday 12:00 PM ET through Sunday, or on holidays.
  • During high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships; tracking typically activates within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages in Transit

We’re not liable for products damaged or lost in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging and damaged goods.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery

  • We attempt to validate addresses with USPS. If validation fails, we’ll try to contact you. If we cannot update the address, the order may be canceled and refunded.
  • We’re not responsible if an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be recovered.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If the carrier shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us promptly:

We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund when the investigation is complete (allow up to 21 days).

3) Do Not Sell My Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information with third parties (which can include certain advertising/analytics uses).

What this means

  • We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense.
  • Some data may be shared with service providers (e.g., analytics/ads) as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • California residents may opt out of such sharing.

How to Opt Out (California only)

  • Email subject line: “CCPA Opt-Out Request”info@boltz2nutz.com
  • Include: your full name, California mailing address, and the email/phone you’ve used with us.
  • We will honor verifiable requests and confirm completion by email.
