

Turkey Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Turkey
- 1 Stick butter
- 2 Springs Thyme
- 1 Handful Sage Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Stalks Chopped Celery
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Onions
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock for Basting
Prep
Brine the turkey in salt and water overnight
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cut the onions, celery, and carrots and line the bottom of the pan
- Chop the herbs and mix into the butter with salt
- Spread the herb butter under the skin of the turkey
- Brush olive oil over the skin of the turkey
- Roast the turkey in the oven for X hours, basting every 30 minutes
