Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more as needed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Prep

Mix flour, salt, and spices in a bowl together. Preheat air fryer to 400.

Steps

  1. Toss wings in seasoned flour mixture
  2. Air fry coated wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway
  3. Toss in desired sauce (see sauces below or use store bought)
  4. Air fry for additional 5 minutes for maximum caremlization

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Melt butter and mix ingredients together

Manchurian Sauce

  • 1 1/5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/3 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • 2-3 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Spring onions to garnish (minced)
  1. Prepare all ingredients as indicated
  2. In a saucepan add oil, garlic, ginger, green chili, onions, and bell pepper
  3. Add sauces (soy, vinegar, ketchup, red chili sauce)
  4. Add chili powder. sugar. salt, pepper, and water
  5. Cook until thickened and all ingredients cooked through
